What you are buying

Digital, downloadable PDF guides and planners. Nothing physical is shipped. You need a PDF reader, and a printer if you want to use the reusable pages on paper.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, share the download links, or publish the files in whole or in part.

Delivery

Files are available on the confirmation screen immediately after payment and are also sent to the email address you provide. Download links are time-limited for security; if a link expires, use the link in your email to request a fresh one.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored on this site. Where applicable, tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Refunds

All sales are final. See the refund policy for the full detail, including what happens if a file is faulty.

Not professional advice

These guides are planning companions. They are not veterinary, behavioural or training advice, and they do not replace individual guidance from your vet or a qualified reward-based trainer. Always contact your vet if you are worried about your puppy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
