What we collect

• Your email address, so we can deliver your files and your receipt.
• Order details: which products you bought, the amount and the time.
• Payment information handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your order, to re-issue download links if you need them, and to keep the sales records required for tax and accounting.

Email

You receive one delivery email per purchase. These are order emails, not marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees your data

• Stripe, to take payment and calculate tax.
• Our hosting and email provider, to run the site and send your delivery email.

Your data is never sold.

Marketing and analytics

We use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors move through the site and which products are bought. This helps us make the site more useful and measure the results of any paid advertising. The pixel sends your IP address, browser information and the pages you visit to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may use this information to improve its own services and to target or measure ads.

If you are in the UK, EU or another consent-required region, the pixel only loads after you accept it through the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, currently six years. You can ask us to delete anything that is not legally required.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email us and we will respond within one month.
